2. Job Responsibilities
1. Financial strategy and planning: Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy to ensure the realization of the company's financial goals.
2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and provide accurate information about the company's financial condition.
3. Capital management: Raising and effectively using capital, including fund raising, investment decisions and dividend distribution.
4. Budget and cost control: Develop and monitor company budgets, control costs, and improve the company's profitability.
5. Risk management: Identify, evaluate and manage financial risks to ensure the company's financial security.
6. Internal Audit and Compliance: Ensure that the company's financial activities comply with relevant regulations and policies and lead the internal audit team.
7. Investor Relations: Maintain good communication with investors, analysts and shareholders and provide clear financial information.

3. Job requirements
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, financial management, accounting or related majors.
2. Experience: At least 8 years of relevant industry experience, including more than 3 years of CFO or senior management experience.
3. Professional skills: Proficient in financial management, accounting and financial reporting, and familiar with international financial standards and regulations.
4. Leadership skills: Have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate the team and drive company development.
5. Decision-making ability: Able to make wise financial decisions in complex environments.
6. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to clearly convey financial information to internal and external stakeholders.
